The new head of the Chechen state broadcasting company “Grozny” appointed Ahmed Dudaev, before that, held the position of chief consultant information management and head of government of the Chechen Republic.
“Ahmed has established himself as a employee with a high sense of responsibility, has the credibility among colleagues. He is also familiar with the work of the Federal TV channels. Ahmed, I am sure, will establish cooperation with the leadership of the Republic, the government and lead the work of the broadcasting company to a new level, in this position, he will be useful to the people and the Republic”, – said Ramzan Kadyrov.
Previously the position of head of private broadcasting channel “Grozny” took Adlan Bachaev.
TV and radio company “Grozny” started broadcasting in March 2003. In 2006, the organization was given a state status. In 2008, the channel switched to satellite broadcasting, which allows to receive the signal chgtrk “Grozny” on the territory of Russia, Western Europe, Asia and North Africa.
