In Bratsk the Irkutsk region seven-year-old student escaped with injuries after falling from the fourth floor balcony. It is reported RIA Novosti with reference to the representative of the press service of the regional Ministry of health.
The incident occurred on Thursday, March 9, at about 17:00 (12:00 Moscow time) at the Primorskaya street. “The boy waited for his mother, who was gone to the store. Went to the balcony, leaned over the fence and fell from the fourth floor. By a lucky chance he was still alive and not even hurt,” — said in the Ministry office.
In the regional Department of the Ministry of interior said that the child fell into the snow. “In a satisfactory condition was hospitalized in a medical institution”, — is spoken in the message published on the Agency’s website. According to the representative of the Ministry of health, doctors found the child has no fracture, just bruises and a slight concussion.
As noted, in the current year it already the fourth similar case. In 2016, in the Irkutsk region fell from Windows and balconies of eight children aged two to six years.
In August last year after a number of incidents dropped out of the Windows of children, Deputy Prime Minister Olga Golodets has instructed the health Ministry to collect relevant statistics.
