Hollande has turned to a company that wants to build a wall between USA and Mexico

French President Francois Hollande called on the French-Swiss company for the production of building materials LafargeHolcim Group to be very careful in deciding on the supply of cement for walls between the U.S. and Mexico, for the construction which are the government of the United States.
The US President Donald trump, made the fight against illegal immigration the main theme of his election campaign, after taking office, ordered to develop a project to build a wall on the border with Mexico, prompting criticism from several European politicians.
LafargeHolcim has recently stated its readiness “to respond to requests infrastructure of the United States”.
“I think there are markets that you should be prudent before you run,” said Hollande, quoted by the AFP.
The activities of the company Lafarge had previously been the subject of increased attention in connection with the operation of one of its factories in Syria. A week ago the company acknowledged that the company’s management in the North-East of Syria financed the militant armed groups in 2012-2014 to ensure the safety of employees and continue its operations.
French Lafarge and Swiss Holcim, manufacturing of construction materials, agreed on a deal on the merger in March 2015.
