MOSCOW, March 9. /TASS/. Specialists of the Russian Center for conciliation of the warring parties in Syria for the last days spent six humanitarian action, during which gave the local residents more than three thousand servings of hot food. This was reported in the Bulletin of the centre.
“During the day Russian Centre for reconciliation the warring parties conducted six humanitarian actions in the city of Aleppo, in which the areas of the Old Alishba Kadima, Old Aleppo and Sheikh Maqsood, in schools in areas al and al Fardos Sukkari, in the mosque in the district of Karm al-MAZ locals made the transfer of three thousand servings of hot food. Carried out training of humanitarian goods (food, necessities and medicines) for subsequent delivery to towns in the provinces of Aleppo, Latakia and Damascus,” – said in the message.
In addition, Russian planes delivered in the district of the city of Deir ez-Zor besieged by militants of the terrorist group “Islamic state” (IG banned in Russia), 20.4 tons of food obtained by the Syrian authorities by the UN.
Since the beginning of the year, the Russian military took the people of Syria more than 300 tons of humanitarian cargo.
