MOSCOW, March 9. /TASS/. US sanctions against Russian entities of military-technical cooperation (MTC) are unlikely to affect concluded between Moscow and new Delhi weapons contracts, because the final decision will be taken by the top leadership of India. This opinion was expressed by TASS Director of the Center for analysis of strategies and technologies Ruslan Pukhov.
