In relation to the management office of the Pension Fund of Russia on Transbaikalian edge criminal case on suspicion in abuse in the payment of bonuses to employees, according to SU RF IC in the region.
According to investigators, the suspect abused official powers, causing his subordinates to return paid premiums. During 2011-2015, in its order of approximately 30 employees of the FIU were charged and paid the premium. The management confiscated them and used for events and for household needs.
“Criminal case initiated on the materials of regional government of FSB on suspicion in abuse of official powers (part 1 of article 285 of the criminal code of the Russian Federation)”, – stated in the message of investigators.
Investigators together with employees UFSB on 9 March raided the regional branch of the Pension Fund of Russia. Currently under investigations aimed at establishing all the circumstances of the crime.
