SK brought criminal case according to new shelling of Donetsk
MOSCOW, March 7. /TASS/. The investigative Committee of Russia opened a criminal case under the new shelling of Donbass by Ukrainian armed forces.
As reported by the official representative SK the Russian Federation Svetlana Petrenko, “a criminal case under part 1 of article 356 of the criminal code of Russian Federation (“Use of prohibited means and methods of warfare”) on the numerous facts of shelling of houses in the city of Donetsk in the period from 27 February to 2 March this year.”
As a result of these crimes have been wounded two civilians and damaged more than 10 residential units, she said.
