The Minister of foreign Affairs of Japan discussed by telephone the missile launches, the DPRK Tillerson
TOKYO, March 6 — RIA Novosti, Ivan Zakharchenko. Foreign Minister Fumio Kishida discussed by telephone missile launches in North Korea, with the US Secretary of state Rex Tillerson, reports the Agency Kyodo.
According to the Agency, and the South Korean news Agency Yonhap, also held a telephone conversation with Fumio Kishida, foreign Minister of South Korea Yun Byung-Se.
Yonhap news Agency said that the Ministers discussed the situation around the new tests of ballistic missiles of the DPRK.
On the same day, had a telephone conversation with the national security leaders of the United States and South Korea.
North Korea conducted Monday, with launches of four missiles, presumably, of a new type, three of which fell within the exclusive economic zone of Japan
According to the Ministry of defense of Japan, the rocket reached the area in the sea of Japan 300-350 kilometers to the West of the Peninsula OGA in Akita Prefecture. Material damage from launches were recorded.
The rockets were coming from the North-West coast of the DPRK in the area of Tongani. They flew through North Korea and then over the sea of Japan, having overcome distance in thousand kilometres. South Korean military believe that a ballistic missile climbed to an altitude of 260 kilometers.
The current missile tests in the DPRK coincided with South Korea’s large-scale us-South Korean military exercises.
The General staff of the Korean people’s army warned last week that the DPRK will be forced to retaliate in relation to these maneuvers.
