As evidenced by the results of a survey conducted by research firm Ifop for weekly newspaper Journal du Dimanche, the output of the Fillon from the presidential race stands, 71% of respondents.

A similar survey was conducted on 19 February, and during this time the number of supporters of withdrawal of the candidacy visit grew by 6%.

Thus 68% of the French believe that he will come out of the presidential race.

Part of Fillon in the elections at all was called into question, after prosecutors in France have opened an investigation against his wife Penelope in connection with the information that she allegedly fictitiously worked as an assistant to her husband in the National Assembly.
