Swedish newspaper Svenska Dagbladet has made a rating of some types of Russian weapons, which will affect the balance of power in the world. It includes advanced missile defense systems, nuclear and non-nuclear submarines of the Russian Navy. First place in the rating takes honorable a heavy Intercontinental ballistic missile RS-28 “Sarmat”, flight tests which should not begin before the end of the first quarter of 2017.
