MOSCOW, March 3. /TASS/. Press Secretary of the President Dmitry Peskov has paid attention of journalists that the country’s foreign policy is carried out personally by the head of state. Thus he answered the question of the conditions under which Moscow could recognize the Donetsk and Lugansk people’s Republic.
“To answer your question, I can say one thing – according to the Constitution the foreign policy of the Russian state is determined by the head of state, namely the President of the Russian Federation”, – said the representative of the Kremlin.
Earlier, the Chairman of the Duma Committee on CIS Affairs Leonid Kalashnikov said that from the Russian side, any possible solutions, to the extent that the LC and the DNI, if the escalation of the conflict in the Donbass will continue.
