Chairman of the expert Council of the Foundation “Workshop of Eurasian ideas” Grigory Trofimchuk believes that Western countries are using the Ukrainian people as a weapon against Russia. This analyst said in the program “Process” on the TV channel “Star”.
“The West through the creation of debt in Ukraine created the debt in the Europe is actually in order to then hungry and cold Ukrainian citizens, many millions of people for someone to incite, in particular, on Russia, what we see now,” said Trofimchuk.
Three years after independence most of the population of Ukraine is below the poverty line. Independent international organizations have already compared Ukraine with the most impoverished countries of Asia and Africa. Some experts claim that country is now only survives thanks to the tranches of assistance from the International monetary Fund.
In particular, on 1 March it became known that the IMF will give the Square of financial assistance in the amount of $1 billion. At the same time providing a new tranche depends on the adoption of the budget in 2017, which will be strictly agreed with the IMF and reform of the banking sector.
