Donetsk metallurgical plant
The introduction of external management at the Ukrainian enterprises in the breakaway Donetsk and Luhansk republics is a reaction to the actions of the Kiev authorities. This was stated press Secretary of the President of Russia Dmitry Peskov, transfers RIA Novosti, on Wednesday, March 1.
“I don’t think the word “spin” applies here, and I don’t think it would be correct to call it a spin. In principle, we are witnessing the fact that cut off their state region fall into the more difficult position of being in complete blockade by extremist elements”, — said Peskov.
He also stressed that the nationalized enterprises do not have any relationship to Russia. Speaking about the possibility of opening Russian market for them, Peskov said that has no such information.
Earlier Wednesday, the authorities DND and LNR made the decision from March 1 to introduce external management at the enterprises of the Ukrainian jurisdiction in the Donbass in response to the transport blockade of the region.
On the eve it became known that a group of armed men seized the stadium “Donbass arena” in Donetsk. In particular, it has been blocked access to the points of issue of humanitarian aid in the Donbass, not controlled Kiev.
Ukrainian nationalists began a trade blockade of the DNI and the LC in January. Because of their actions, Ukraine has ceased to receive the necessary amount of coal that led to an emergency regime in the energy sector in the country. While activists refuse to negotiate with the authorities and promise to expand “geography” of their controlled territories.
