Russian Railways has banned the passengers of long-distance trains Smoking electronic cigarettes
C February 15, 2017 long-distance trains are not allowed to smoke electronic cigarettes or weepy. RNS about it reported in a press-service of Russian Railways.
In forbidding the document stated that “the use of electronic cigarettes and other electronic delivery systems nicotine in trains is not allowed”. This prohibition does not apply to commuter trains that run at a distance less than 200 kilometers.
Earlier, Russian Railways banned the sale of e-cigarettes on trains. In the company of this decision is explained by the fact that even those smokers create discomfort for other passengers, especially those travelling with children. The ban on Smoking regular cigarettes in Russian trains is valid in 2014.
9 February 2017 a ban on Smoking hookahs and wapow was approved by the deputies of the Moscow city Duma. The draft law “On state regulation to limit the evaporation of compounds used in devices that mimic tobacco Smoking”, actually equating hookahs, VAPI and electronic cigarettes to conventional cigarettes, will be submitted for consideration by the state Duma.
