Info about what is salary of teachers in the Ivanovo region is seven thousand rubles, turned out to be false, reported on Tuesday, February 28, Minister of education and science of Russia Olga Vasilieva in an interview with TASS.
According to her, it became clear that data on earnings, the amount of which complained one of the teachers region, do not correspond to reality. “The information is not confirmed, there is the salary of 15 thousand. Why such a small amount is concerned the January payment and great January holidays. Now more or less flat situation,” — said Vasilyev.
She also added that she had a conversation with Ivanovo Governor Pavel Konkov. During the conversation, he said that now the situation is normalized.
At the meeting, Valentina Matvienko, the speaker of the Federation Council, with social workers February 3 teacher at one of the schools in the region complained about the salary in the amount of seven thousand rubles. On hearing this, the Minister of education and science promised to deal with the situation.
Informed the Ivanovo authorities have explained that January is not indicative for the calculation of average wages because of the small number of working days.
