American authorities need to be more careful when exploring and assessing the situation in the South-East of Ukraine, said the Kremlin’s spokesman Dmitry Peskov. About it the correspondent “Tapes.ru” on Monday, February 27.
“The OSCE observers have repeatedly recorded that the source of provocative actions are of the APU,” — said Peskov, commenting on the appeal of the United States, addressed including Russia, to ensure the work of the OSCE mission in the South-East of Ukraine.
