Washington is negotiating with Ankara about its possible participation in the liberation of the Syrian city of raqqa. This was stated by the commander of the international operation against the terrorist group “Islamic state” (IG) in Iraq and Syria American Lieutenant General Stephen Townsend, reports RIA Novosti.
