Moscow police said that about 250 people took part in an unauthorized action “Open Russia” in the capital on Saturday, April 29. This is stated in the statement on the website of the main Directorate of interior Ministry in the city.
“Violations of public order is not allowed”, — noted in the Chapter.
In other Russian cities also held similar events. For example, in St. Petersburg, according to “Fontanka”, the rally, which was attended by about 300 people, lasted 45 minutes, dozens of people were detained.
According to information from social networks (the posts on the topic picks up “Open Russia”), the three detainees Lipetsk, Tula — 30, in Kemerovo — 15. In Kaliningrad, the action is still continuing — it involved about 40 people. On the streets and residents of Rostov-on-don, Ufa, Orel, Tomsk, Gorno-Altaisk.
In some cities, actions were agreed, some haven’t. In Moscow, police were twice called on residents of the capital to refrain from participation in an unauthorized event on 29 April on Slavyanskaya square in Ilyinsky square and Ilyinka street, where the administration of the President. The organizers have applied to the 10-thousandth procession, but the city refused to negotiate their route and suggested alternatives. The initiators of the action in response appealed to the court, but their suit was dismissed.
Stock-based Mikhail Khodorkovsky “Open Russia” (recognized as junk organization) suggested writing letters to the head of the state set out its requirements.
