Svalbard fell through the ice scooter with the Russians
MURMANSK, 27 Jun — RIA Novosti. A group of nine Russian tourists fell through the ice trying to cross Templegarden on Svalbard on scooters, according to the latest data, all alive, the newspaper reports Svalbardposten.
The message about the incident rescue service in Svalbard got around 18.00 local time (19.00 GMT). It was reported the group of eight (later their number increased to nine) who fell through the ice on a snowmobile.

It is also reported that the Governor of the archipelago sent to the area two helicopters. At 18.25 (19.25) one of the helicopters picked up four people from the sea, they were taken to the hospital Longer — the capital of the archipelago.
Later on Board the helicopter was lifted by two people, the search for others continued. There were reports that the group on another scooter found three more, but the Governor of the island decided to continue the search until, until it is clear that the three discovered exactly fell through the ice snowmobile.
