MOSCOW, 26 APR — RIA Novosti. The Moscow city court has allowed former Minister of economic development of Russia Alexei Ulyukayev, the accused in the case of a bribe of 2 million dollars, two hours of walks a day, the correspondent of RIA Novosti news from the courtroom.
“The court’s decision to modify: allow Ulyukayev to leave the premises daily from 07.00 to 09.00”, — announced the decision of the judge Natalia Borisova.
The speaker in November last year, was caught red-handed when receiving a bribe in the amount of $ 2 million. As reported the Investigative Committee, the bribe intended for issuance with Ministry of economic development of the conclusion, which allowed Rosneft to acquire the government’s stake in Bashneft. Ulyukayev, who was arrested in November last year, guilty of bribery does not recognize.
