The Russian Embassy in Oslo has informed on detention of 17-year-old Russian
Norway had notified the Russian Embassy in Oslo about the detention of 17-year-old Russian, who is accused of illegal handling of explosives, however, has not provided evidence that he has Russian citizenship.
