In Kamchatka, after the avalanche lost two people, they may be under snow. On Monday, April 10, RIA Novosti reported with reference to press Secretary of the regional Glaucus MOE Julia Ananyev.
According to authorities, the avalanche came down from the slope of the volcano Viluchinsky from the Bay Saranna. Vacationing in the area, eyewitnesses said that the snow could be two people, presumably, it’s the extreme fans.
“The first group of rescuers who came to the fore in the area of the incident on Sunday evening, reached the place and started to search for the missing near the volcano Viluchinsky people. Now there are 18 people. They examined the slope using the probe. Rescuers help the volunteers,” explained Anan’eva.
Volcano advances another convoy, consisting of 21 rescuers and 14 pieces of equipment, in addition, it includes experts from the Institute of Volcanology and seismology Feb RAS, they are going to look for the missing with the help of GPR. Also emergency sent to the EMERCOM helicopter Mi-8 with rescuers and dog handlers.
The Agency interlocutor noted that he does not have data about people missing.
In the investigation Department of the Investigative Committee of Russia on the Kamchatka edge has informed that the disappearance of two people as a result of the avalanche conducted preliminary examination.
