“I believe that the re-handling of the vehicle by a person deprived of a driving licence, administrative offense should grow already in the criminal offense, and it is quite another level of responsibility,” — said the Deputy.
The theme of stiffer penalties for traffic violations was discussed on Tuesday, April 4, at the parliamentary hearings “problems of ensuring road safety: legal and moral aspects”.
