MOSCOW, March 29. /TASS/. The President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko personally wants to bury the “Minsk-2”. This was stated in an interview with National interest, the Minister of foreign Affairs of Russia Sergey Lavrov.
“As for the Minsk agreements, I think that the Ukrainian government and President Petro Poroshenko personally want to bury them, – said Lavrov. – They want to do it this way, to be able to lay the blame on the Russian population of Eastern Ukraine”.
