Former British Prime Minister joked that he would not need to listen to trump
MOSCOW, 21 Mar — RIA Novosti. Former Prime Minister of great Britain David Cameron jokingly said he was glad that he no longer has to listen to conversations of Donald trump, reports the associated Press.
In a speech at Brown University on Monday, the former Prime Minister called one of the advantages of his resignation that he no longer has to listen to trump. “To be precise, it was a joke,” quickly said the ex-Premier.
Previously, trump said that during his campaign former President Barack Obama instructed to listen to his headquarters. The Fox News channel, citing intelligence sources, reported that Obama ordered surveillance trump the British secret service to eliminate the “American footprint”. These statements have infuriated the leadership of the office of government communications of the UK (GCHQ, the intelligence Agency, engaged in electronic intelligence).
Cameron left the post, after most of the British people in a referendum in the summer of 2016 were in favour of leaving the EU.
