As reports a press-service of Investigatory management SK of Russia across St.-Petersburg, custody of the imprisoned former General Director of JSC “General construction company” Victor Kudrin, who is suspected of committing a crime under part 4 of article 160 of the Russian criminal code (“embezzlement”).
According to the UK, JSC GSK in 2007-2015 has concluded the state contract and the additional agreement to it for the construction of the detention facility “Crosses-2” in Kolpino — the largest specialized companies in Europe. Only the General contractor received over 12 billion 273 million rubles. However, according to the investigation, the work had not been fully implemented, and 56 million 645 thousand roubles the suspect was abducted and disposed of them at its discretion.
The publication “Fontanka” indicates that the Investigative Committee was asked to put Kudrin custody, attaching to the request the materials of the FSB and Federal penitentiary service of the desire of the businessman to leave the territory of Russia. In the end, the Petrograd district court agreed with the arguments of the prosecution.
