A project to collect items for the homeless launched in Moscow
The project “Second life of things” launched in the capital in the framework of the year of ecology in Russia.
People can give away unwanted clothes or household items to the homeless and people in difficult life situations, reported on the official website of the Year of ecology.

“If you lose your clothes or shoes, a new project — a great reason not to dump her, and give her a second life. Of course, it is not necessary to bring the old, unusable things: donations accepted the clothes and shoes in good condition”, — is spoken in the message.
Once a week the contents of the container will be collected by staff of the Centre for the social adaptation of Elizabeth Glinka. There clothes and shoes will be sorted and give the charges of the center and charity SamuSocial.
The centre for social adaptation and assistance was named in honor of Elizabeth Glinka, known as Dr. Lisa, at the beginning of 2017. Glinka was the head of the charitable public organization “Fair help” and have worked closely with the Center. After her death in a plane crash over the Black sea, the management and staff of the Center appealed to the city authorities with the request to name the facility in her name.
Dr. Lisa died in the crash of Tu-154 over the Black sea on 25 December 2016. On Board the crashed plane were 92 people: a large part of the academic song and dance Ensemble of the Russian army Alexandrov, Elizaveta Glinka, journalists of the Federal TV channels, and their accompanying military and crew.
