In Russia is becoming less legal labor migrants
Experts Ranepa explain this deterioration in the labour market.

“The number of newly legalized in the labour market of migrants continues to fall from year to year. In 2016 migrant workers were issued in the amount of 1.67 million work permits and patents, and 82% from the 2015 level and 43% of the level in 2014,” the report says.
According to experts of the Ranepa, this situation is due to the deterioration of economic conditions in the labor market in Russia and the difficulties associated with the high cost of registration and monthly payment permits.
