Ruslan Sokolovsky
Blogger Ruslan Sokolovsky, who caught the pokemon in the Ekaterinburg Temple-on-Blood, apologized to offended by his videos prior of a temple “the Big Chrysostom” Viktor Yavich. As reported RIA Novosti, this happened on Wednesday, March 15, during a regular meeting in the Verkh-Isetsky court.
Yavich, in turn, said that to forgive 22-year-old young man and does not want him put in jail.
In September 2016 Sokolovsky was arrested after publishing a video, which depicted how he plays Pokemon GO to a local Temple-on-Blood. Against him opened a criminal case under part 1 article 282 (“inciting hatred or hostility, and humiliation of human dignity”) and part 2 of article 148 of the criminal code (“violation of the right to freedom of conscience and religion”).
In January 2017, the blogger filed another charge under part 1 of article 138 of the criminal code (“Violation of secret of correspondence, telephone conversations, postal, Telegraph and other messages”) for possession of a spy pen.
In February Sokoloski was released under house arrest from prison, where he spent 3.5 months.
