The SC has commented on the publication in the media about the causes of the disaster Tu-154
MOSCOW, 15 Mar — RIA Novosti. Published in the media hypotheses about the possible actions of the crew or the likely characteristics crashed in Sochi Tu-154 are not based on the facts stated by the acting head of the Department of interaction with mass media of the Investigative Committee, Svetlana Petrenko.
She called these assumptions the “personal judgment of their authors”.
According to Petrenko, investigators continue working to determine the causes of the disaster.
Previously, the newspaper “Kommersant” wrote that, according to the results of the technical part of the investigation, the plane took off normally and then sat on the water “in a controlled flight under the control of the commander of the crew”. Among the causes of the emergency that calls to the newspaper, citing their experts, “disorientation of the pilot in space.”
Tu-154 of the Ministry of defense crashed in the Black sea on the morning of 25 December last year. On Board were 92 people. The remains of the victims and the wreckage of the ship found at the bottom in 1,7 kilometers from the shore.
