“Party of Growth” published on Facebook a video in which its leader, the business Ombudsman Boris Titov, urged Muscovites to take part in the elections on 10 September. The audience drew attention to the strange decision makers video: behind sitting in the chair of the Ombudsman sweeping shots of Moscow, taken from the height of bird flight. The impression that Titov flies over the capital.
Users compared the “flying” Titov Carlson and Hottabych. “How so cool it was previoualy to the copter?” — joked one of the users in the comments under the video.
“”Party of Growth” demonstrated its latest development — a flying chair. Elon Musk nervously chewing his nails,” said another user.
“This flying chair is the development of SKOLKOVO or RUSNANO? Where to buy? I also want this. But in General, Boris Titov — the coolest horseman. Flying backwards, not afraid of anything. And turns on the fly. And it’s a straight face at this altitude and speed. If I still shot with two hands in Macedonian…” — wrote the Vice-President of the Russian Association on public relations Evgenie Minchenko.
Some praised the authors of the video, noting that it is not understood by those who have not read “the Master and Margarita” by Bulgakov. Someone thought that the Director just “stebetsya”, and the customer did not understand.
