The man, wounding a traffic police in Nizhny Novgorod region and committed suicide, was a soldier of contract service, reports TASS with reference to the press service of the Volga district troops. It is reported that the cause of the incident is likely to become a family conflict.
At night, the officers pursued the car, which did not stop on demand, and was able to block him in the garage. In response to the requirement to exit the car the driver shot from a hunting rifle, injuring one of the employees of law enforcement bodies. The policeman received injuries of the hands, and the perpetrator immediately afterwards killed himself.
According to preliminary information, in this act, the man pushed domestic conflict, and the relationship to service, the incident has not.
At the scene are military investigators and prosecutors. Conducted an administrative investigation. The life of a wounded DPS officer threatens nothing.
