As the newspaper notes, Cavusoglu had to go to the Dutch city of Rotterdam on March 11, however, a few hours before takeoff, it became known that his ship did not allow landing.

Turkish officials had planned to hold in some European countries where Turkish citizens, a series of meetings in order to enlist their support ahead of the referendum on the new Constitution, which will be held April 16. The authorities of Germany, Austria and the Netherlands banned to host such events.

Mayor of Rotterdam Ahmed Aboutaleb 8 March said that the planned campaign rally with participation of the head of the Turkish foreign Ministry will not take place.
