Iran successfully tested a naval ballistic missile

The Iranian Islamic revolutionary guards Corps has successfully tested ballistic missile sea Hormuz 2, reported by Reuters , citing Iranian press.


 


According to the Agency, the IRGC naval ballistic missiles, capable of striking at a range of 300 miles, should disturb Washington, whose ships perform tasks near the territorial waters of Iran.


 


“This week the naval ballistic missile called Hormuz 2 successfully destroyed the target which was at a distance of 250 km,” said Tamir Amir Ali Hajizadeh, commander of the air forces of the IRGC.


 


Earlier it became known that the U.S. Navy ship was forced to change course due to a dangerous convergence with the boats of the Islamic revolutionary guard Corps of Iran in the Strait of Hormuz. Then Iranian boats approached the U.S. ship measuring complex Invincible 550 meters, thus forcing him to change course.
