The Russian Federation referred to the international court of justice a dossier confirming the position of Moscow on the suit of Ukraine, writes RIA Novosti citing a source in the Russian delegation.
As noted by the Agency interlocutor, handed over a dossier of more than 800 pages. Documents of the dossier are designed to demonstrate the groundlessness of the accusation of Ukraine in Russia, including a statement of the violation of the two conventions on the suppression of the financing of terrorism and the elimination of racial discrimination.
Earlier it became known that the international court of justice in the Hague began hearings on the suit of Ukraine against Russia. According to official Kiev, Moscow allegedly “funded terrorism” and allowed for “racial discrimination”. The Russian foreign Ministry has said that the accusations are unfounded and to confirm its position Kiev does not provide.
