MOSCOW, March 6. /TASS/. The former Deputy of the state Duma Denis Voronenkov with obtaining Ukrainian citizenship was automatically excluded from the ranks of the Communists, and the question of his membership in the Communist party will not be discussed at the March Plenum of the party. About this TASS said the Secretary of the Central Committee of the Communist party organizational and party and personnel work, Deputy of the lower chamber Yury Afonin.
“At the Plenum, this issue is not resolved. After it was installed, and he (Boronenkov) recognized the presence of Ukrainian citizenship, he is automatically dropped from the ranks (of the party). And we, according to the Charter, do not need a solution (on this issue at the March Plenum of the party)”, he said.
According to the parliamentarian, the Plenum of the Communist party will be held the last weekend in March.
