The Ministry of health of the Russian Federation stated that the order, which became the reason of initiation of proceedings, the FAS was adopted in strict accordance with the legislation of the country, RIA Novosti reported with reference to the press service of the Ministry.
It is noted that at the request of the government, which in 2012 approved the regulations on licensing medical activities, the Ministry of health should establish specific requirements for the organization and implementation of medical services that did in 2013.
However, the FAS in July 2016 discovered in the order adopted by the Ministry of health the signs of violation of the Antimonopoly legislation and issued a warning, which was to be fixed by November of last year. But according to representatives of FAS, the document was not sufficiently corrected, which organization brought the case.
