The company KPF known for developing business centers around the world, has designed three of a skyscraper in downtown Shanghai and called them “a new form of active urbanism”. The skyscrapers will be located commercial offices. The area between the buildings are decorated with modern sculpture and, as planned, will become a center of cultural life.

Company Woods Bagot and Peddle Thorp were announced as the winners of the international competition for the creation of new high-rise towers in Central Auckland. “Sergey Skuratov Architects” has designed a high-rise multifunctional residential complex in MIBC “Moscow city”. The height of the skyscraper will be 403,9 m, it is 109 floors, residential — 88. It is planned that construction will be completed in 2024.

Public and business complex will be built in Lakhta, in the historical part of the Primorsky district of the city. The tower was the northernmost in the world and the tallest in Russia and Europe. The height of the building is almost 463 meters. The complex includes the tower and multifunctional building, separated by the atrium on the South and North blocks.
