Obtained them from “Motor Sich” money cashed and abducted by members of the criminal scheme, according to investigators.

The second fraud defendants, according to the investigation, pulled in the framework of state contract No. 10209.1005403.16.020 concluded with the Ministry of industry and trade in July 2010. With the exception of Messrs Yakovlev and Vahan, all the other members of the group pleaded guilty.
