To make fun of the residents and guests of Yaroslavl decided the historian Ian Levine, who manufactured and installed on the street Sobinov monument to a lost wallet.
The sculpture represents the iron purse “lying” on the sidewalk.
But to claim it does not — the design is quite firmly fixed in concrete metre metal pin.
Near the monument installed a surveillance camera, which can be used to observe the reaction of passers-by.
