In the Federation Council said that the retirement age for women raised to 60 years for men to 65
According to the Senator Valery Ryazansky, improvement should happen in stages.
MOSCOW, may 8. /TASS/. The head of the Federation Council Committee on social policy Valery Ryazan expressed the view that raising the retirement age for women to 60 years and for men up to 63 or 65 years, were discussed at different levels, all that is necessary to calculate not only from an economic point of view, and the increase should occur gradually, in several stages.
I assume one of those options, which are two or what is called in development. They have two different interpretations: 60 years — women 65 years — men, and 63 years male, 60 — female. All of this requires miscalculations.Valery Ryazanskie of the Federation Council Committee on social policy
According to the Senator, there is no doubt that the retirement age will rise, the only question is when and how it happens. “It is clear that this should take place gradually, all working people should be notified in advance. How will it be? For 10 years, 15 years, or principally those who work in the old system will remain in it, and re-entering a period of permanent employment, will enter into a relationship with a public pension system based on new principles”, — said the Ryazan.
Also, he noted, requires consideration and discussion the question of whether to develop the system of funded pensions. However, according to the head of the social Committee of the Federation Council, the date of entry into force of the decision about raising the retirement age is not known.
In addition, as recalled by the MP, currently the strategy of development of pension system until 2030, approved by the government, which will need to make changes. “It’s raising the retirement age was not. It will have to do,” the Senator said on Tuesday, TASS reported.
