In the DCP will be issued a driver’s license
To obtain a driving license and register a car in multifunctional centers of public services (MFC).
Under current law, right now issued only in the offices of the state traffic Inspectorate, but in MFC they can only be reissued.
As told “Izvestia” in the Ministry of interior, the project of simplification of obtaining driving licences and registration certificates of the vehicle (STS), a new generation prepared on behalf of the government and with the assistance of the Ministry of economic development, the Ministry of communications and Ministry of industry and trade.
The first pilot project is planned to start in Tatarstan in the end of the year. This is considered the option of inclusion in the experiment Moscow and St. Petersburg. While the Russians themselves will be able to choose where to obtain rights and STS in the DCP or the traffic police departments.
The experts noted that the innovation will simplify the procedure and reduce the queue.
However, in order to give rights and STS in the MFC, you will need to take a number of measures for compatibility of information systems centers and the interior Ministry, as well as set in the centers of special equipment.
