Moscow. 4 Dec. INTERFAX.RU Former Minister of economic development Alexei Ulyukayev has demanded from the judge Larisa Semenova guide to the investigative Committee of the Russian Federation material on the inspection the head of “Rosneft” Igor Sechin to prosecute him for the false accusation.
“I ask the court to give me the verdict. As well as asking the court to resolve the issue with the direction in SC of the material for inspection about attraction Sechin for the false accusation”, he said at the meeting of the Zamoskvoretsky court of Moscow.
The Prosecutor demanded for the former head of Ministry of economic development 10 years of strict regime colony and deprived of the speaker class rank and state awards. In addition, the Prosecutor asked the court to return the head of “Rosneft” Igor Sechin $2 million to the ex-Defense Minister asked for a judgment of acquittal.
Monday in court are pleadings.
After deliberations, the court provided Ulyukayev last word, after which the judge Larisa Semenova will announce the date of sentencing, and then retire to the deliberation room for sentencing.
According to lawyers, the sentence of ex-Minister may be announced in mid-December.
