FAS revealed a cartel in the auction, the defense Ministry and the Federal penitentiary service
Moscow Department of the Federal Antimonopoly service has uncovered a cartel during the bidding for the supply of heraldic products for the Ministry of defense of Russia and Federal service for execution of punishment. About it reports a press-management service.
FAS believes that the collusion in three cases participated Atlantik, OOO and the factory “Mosshtamp” in two to these companies joined SP, Potapov, Yu. d. They are artificially maintained high level of prices at the auction and refrain from competition. In the result the Ministry was forced to buy the products expensive.
Also clarified that companies traded information, using consistent information-technical base and prepared to participate in the auction together.
The conclusion of anticompetitive agreements is a violation of part 2 article 14.32 of the administrative code and entails the imposition of fines of up to half of the initial cost of bidding for legal entities and up to 50 thousand rubles for leaders of organizations.
