The border States of Texas and Louisiana, three hours away from Dallas, there is an amazing lake Caddo. With an area of 106 square kilometers, and is the only Texas lake, which was formed naturally.

But it is famous for fairy-tale giant cypress trees that grow in the lake Caddo directly from the water. The age of these trees is from 100 to 700 years.

Fabulous scenery complements and Spanish moss, thick carpet hanging from the branches of trees. In winter it’s green, and in summer grey that contrast with the leaves of the cypress (or their absence) create absolutely fantastic effect.
