More and more Russians want to follow the example of volunteers, Putin said
MOSCOW, 27 Jun — RIA Novosti. An increasing number of Russians are willing to follow the example of volunteers and volunteers going to where it is hard where you need assistance and where necessary to uphold justice, said Russian President Vladimir Putin.
“I want to thank you and your associates, and such is becoming in our country, including thanks to your efforts, more and more, hundreds of thousands, maybe even millions of people, I want to thank you for your selfless participation in the destinies of concrete people”, — Putin said at a meeting of the State Council.
He said that 2018 is not accidental has been declared the year of the volunteer, this was done with the aim “to increase attention to this wonderful movement to this activity”.
“Once again I want to emphasize that more and more people aspire to the example of those who today takes part in our meeting, and more and more people go where hard where you need specific assistance where necessary to uphold justice and so on,” the President added.
