“In 2015, an unidentified person, acting on behalf of the company “Rustim”, signed a General contractor agreement with “Aviastar-SP” in Ulyanovsk for the execution of works on the first stage of reconstruction and modernization of its production base, the full cost of the works was estimated at 492 million rubles”, — said the Agency interlocutor.
