The owner of the Hanging Gate pub in the town of chapel-EN-Le-Frif in the British County of Derbyshire mark Thomas has several years of suffering from regular complaints of an unknown “wisher”. And all because every year at Christmas, the owner decorates his establishment with thousands of colored lights, garlands and festive decorations.
