MOSCOW, 24 Sep — RIA Novosti. USSR people’s artist Armen Jigarkhanyan has not come to court to testify in the case of his ex-wife Vitalina Tsymbalyuk-Romanovskaya, accused of violation of privacy, said her lawyer Larisa Shirokova.
“Today we have researched, written and physical evidence. Waiting for the victim and witnesses. Armen Borisovich doesn’t want to go to court, he gets sick every time for the period of the trial. If his privacy is so violated, then he should explain what has been a violation,” — said the lawyer.
In turn, the lawyer of the artist Evgeny Parfenov announced that his principal feels OK and is now on routine examination. “He can’t come to court, for it is the emotional, physical and moral challenge,” said the lawyer.

According to investigators, Tsymbalyuk-Romanovskaya set up a hidden camera in the office spouse, and then handed the video to one of popular talk shows.
