The candidate from “United Russia” Viktor Zimin, withdrew his candidacy from the elections of the head of Khakassia, which was held on Sunday, September 23, reported “Interfax” a source in the election Commission of the Republic.

The second round is held two weeks later, it will be attended by Mr Konovalov and third place in the first round, Andrey Filegen — the leader of regional branch of party “Fair Russia”, informs “RIA Novosti”.
We will remind, on 9 September in Khakassia took place elections of the head region. For the post fought four candidates: Mr Zimin, Mr. Filyagin, Valentin Konovalov and Director of “Modern technology” Alexander Mahar from the regional branch of the “party of growth”.
Mr. Konovalov walked Victor Zimin, typing 44,81%. For Mr Zimin voted 32,42% of voters. In third place was Andrey Fishin from 11.23% of the votes, the fourth — Mr. Maher from 6.61%.
